Nirupa Netram from Lotus Solutions LLC did an outstanding job as she moderated a panel discussion for the Level HER Up Women’s conference. Her questions were obviously well thought out for the subject of breaking barriers and diversity for women in our workforce. She was serious when appropriate and was able to lighten the discussion with her lovely sense of humor! The session could have continued throughout the day with the excitement and engagement filling the room of over 300 women leaders in our community. We will gladly (ok beg her) have Nirupa Netram back for our conference next year.
