Nirupa Netram delivered an excellent presentation on “How Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Affect Your Bottom Line” to our Leadership SWFL class. Her interactive style allowed our participants to evaluate real life examples and examine our own subconscious behaviors. After her presentation our class continued to talk about the key takeaways and how they plan to implement changes in their workplace. At Habitat for Humanity, having a board with diverse perspectives is critically important to us, yet we have struggled to attract and retain a Board which reflects the diversity of the community we serve.  Our consultation with Nirupa Netram helped us to think differently about our Board recruitment process and offered tangible suggestions for improvement.  Additionally, she acknowledged areas in which we were on track, confirming where our energy and resources should be invested.

Our leadership team met with Nirupa for a one hour consultation on enhancing our diversity efforts. Nirupa was very helpful in reviewing our current practices and offering suggestions. We are continuing to work with Nirupa on developing a more diversified Board. We appreciate her suggestions and expertise!

Nirupa’s presentation on diversity in the workplace was poignant and eye opening. With concrete case analyses and current data, she clearly pinpoints diversity-related deficiencies within the legal practice and provides solid suggestions for improvement. Nirupa Netram researched, assembled and presented an outstanding workshop on the subject of “Interpersonal Violence – Human Trafficking Issues for Mediators and Attorneys” in a joint presentation to the Lee Bar Immigration Practice Section and Lee Bar Alternate Dispute Resolution Practice Section on April 8, 2021. She combines critically needed information about this many-faceted problem with a polished style that is very engaging.

Nirupa is a DEI Champion with a niche for mentoring. As a newbie to the space, she welcomed me with her wisdom and extensive knowledge in the field. Her ability to lead with empathy and compassion is unmatched. Happy to have served alongside her in my journey.

I have worked with Nirupa for the last three years as a member of the IAC, SMMC (Inclusion Allies Coalition, Social Media Marketing Committee).
